How much are your rates?
Spaces are $500 per month. Current special is $400 a month, up to 6 months. Currently testing a new automated move in process with a daily rate of $45.
What is included?
Site, Electric, Water, Septic. Also, when available, Trash Collection, WIFI, Laundry Room, Gym, Security Camera Surveillance.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. $200 deposit for monthly stay, refunded after site has been vacated without damage or trash, including cigarette butts or animal waste, left behind.
For the automated daily rate, a hold will be placed on payment method, removed after site has been vacated without damage or trash, including cigarette butts or animal waste, left behind.
What is charged additionally?
2 adults per site included. 2 vehicles per site which can accommodate. Each additional adult or vehicle is $50 added to rent per month.
Any dogs that spend time outside alone, unsupervised, are also $50 additional per month. Any animal waste discovered at any time is deducted from deposit or charged to payment method after stay. Any cigarette butts left behind will be deducted from deposit or charged to payment method after stay. Please do not leave waste of any kind, at any point. It is nice to keep the environment nice for everybody to enjoy.
What payment methods are accepted?
For long term stays, only cash and zelle are accepted at this time.
For the new automated check in process being tested, only debit and credit cards will be accepted at this time.
Do you have any discounts?
At this time, only the move in special of $400 per month for up to 6 months is being offered.
Also, continue the $400 per month by referring someone to move in each month. Or get a month free if you refer 5 people to move in that month! ($100 discount, at any time, up to any amount, per confirmed referred move in.)
How can I move in?
During weekdays, after 6 pm, a manager is on site to collect your signed agreement, photo id, deposit, rent payment, and help you get connected in a space.
Currently testing a new automated move in process. This is only available for space 1 at this time. This is only available for daily rates at this time. If you need to move in on a weekend, or need power on a weekday before they are available, you may use the check in process on this website by choosing the "Start Here" button under "Ready to Move In". Follow the flow, accepting the license to use services agreement, uploading photo ID of every adult staying in the space, and completing payment for the 24 hour period.
At this point, your pedestal should become live for use.
If you are looking to stay for longer than 2-3 days, please contact the manager to take your payment of cash, or send with zelle to AlexsandraRVPark@gmail.com, and then they will help you get connected into any another space than 1.
How does online check in work?
Choose the "Start Here" button under "Ready to Move In". Follow the flow, accepting the license to use services agreement, uploading photo ID of every adult staying in the space, and completing payment for the 24 hour period.
For this temporary testing period, please limit stay in space 1 with online check in and daily rate to 3 days maximum.
What do I do if the power didn't come on?

How do I know no one else is currently occupying the automated space?
The booking calendar will show the space is currently occupied.
Can I book the space in advance?
If the space is available on the calendar, you may make payment ahead of time. Please be aware, space will be live, and time will start at the time you select. Use this option cautiously. No refunds will be given for late arrival or early departure.
Can I bring pets?
Your pets are welcome to stay in your domicile. If they are always inside, or supervised and picked up after at all times outside, their stay is included as well. Any dogs that spend time outside alone, unsupervised, are $50 additional per month. Any animal waste discovered at any time is deducted from deposit or charged to payment method after stay.
Where can I park?
You must remain parked off of the main roadway of the park at all times. This is a fire access lane. It must never be obstructed.
Please park in designated parking areas for your space. Please choose a space that will accommodate multiple vehicles if you will be needing to park more than 1.

Can I use a grill?
Yes. Please keep it contained and practice safety.
Can I put up a swing, pool, garden, etc.?
If your space can accommodate, you may. Please be mindful of not leaving anything for an excessive period of time, where it will damage or kill the grass. Always be sure to remain in your own area with any additions, and not interfere with any of the neighboring spaces.
Can I park my trailer, boat, additional vehicles, etc.?
If your space can accommodate, you may. Please be mindful of not leaving anything for an excessive period of time, where it will damage or kill the grass.
Non-running vehicles are not allowed. Please do not park vehicles to work on or drain fluids.
You may also be given permission to park in other areas long term, such as on the driveways, past the park roads, if it is discussed before hand.
If you are using the daily rate, you may park on the driveways, past the park road, for up to 3 days. Please accept that you may be asked to move temporarily if access to back of property is blocked and needed. It shouldn't become an issue, but in the rare event that it may, please be prepared to move on request.
Where can I have a fire?
There is an area by the picnic table in the recreation area. Please keep fires to this area at this time.
You may also use a personal fire pit in your space. Please be mindful to not damage or kill grass, and always practice safety! Do not let the fire spread out side of the fire pit. Please do not damage any of the infrastructure with the heat. Keep a distance from visible fixtures.
Where can I find the WIFI code?
The manager can provide it to you during move in, or you may text or email for it after move in.
During the automated check in, you should receive it in your confirmation email.
Do you have cabins, RVs, ready to move in habitations, etc.?
At this time, only spaces are being offered. There are no ready to move in options.
Can I camp in a tent, vehicle, etc.?
You may use your space to park and stay in anything you like. There is no discount for spaces based on what occupies it. The rate is the same, either way.
Do you offer RV Parking for storage?
Not at this time. You may store your camper empty, or only for part time use, in a space. The rate will be the same for the space, either way.
Is there a discount if....?
Please see the "do you have any discounts?" question above. Not offering any other discounts at this time. Using the space for other vehicles than camper trailers or rvs, or for storage instead of habitation, does not come with any discount. The rate is the same either way.
Can I charge my electric vehicle?
At this time, if you wish to use the automated space 1 through the online check in flow, to activate it for the daily rate of $45 for 24 hours, you may do so. There will be no refund for vacating the space sooner. 50, 30, and 20 amp outlets are available on the pedestal. Do not exceed 80 amps. Please do provide feedback after the experience!
Is the park safe?
Security cameras do function most of the time. If you need the footage to be checked, please email or text in a timely manner, as saved records are recorded over after a time.
I have not had any issues nor had issues reported to me. If you do not have trouble following you before you arrive, it is not likely you will come across any here. If you do have issues following you, there won't be much to stop them from following you here. The park is an open layout welcoming drive throughs to see and have a feel of the place. Illegal behaviors are not expected, and will be reported if they do appear.
Please do practice basic safety measures. A lock for your hitch(es) is always a good idea anywhere you do. It is recommended here as well.
Do you have RVs for sale?
No. I do not know of anyone selling any RVs either.
Can I advertise my RV for sale with you?
In the future, I hope to possibly provide an option on the site for people looking to sell and buy RV's and campers in the area. At this time, I am not equipped to help you advertise your vehicle. Hopefully in the near future, it will be an option. Please do check back to the FAQs to see if this has changed!
Are you interested in an on site manager?
At this time, no. I am not looking to offer any salary or discounted space in exchange for work provided.
